What "emergency" means operationally
- Priority routing. An emergency order jumps the queue. If a scheduled delivery must move twenty minutes to save someone's generator bank, our scheduled customers understand. They get the same treatment on their bad day.
- Honest ETAs. Distance and tanker positioning decide arrival times, so we quote what is true instead of what closes the call. If another supplier can genuinely reach you faster at 4am, we will say so. That honesty is why the next call comes to us anyway.
